FRIDAY AFTERNOON

The original combiner box for Array B ready to be removed from the structure.

SATURDAY MORNING

The workshop began until 10:00 a.m. due to logistics problems. The priorities at this moment were to motivate the group, set the level of complexity of the theoretical material, familiarize the participants with the work site, agree on a work schedule and explain objectives to achieve in detail.

SATURDAY AFTERNOON

Due to the ambitious agenda of the program for this second day, we had a long theoretical session. After 4 hours of instruction (and a good lunch) we moved to the work site. We removed all the orginal wiring and we began thinking about the best way to run the cable for the new configuration.

SATURDAY AFTERNOON

Alexandra Burgos, Federico Carrion and Luis Rosero are looking for an efficient connection of the panels for the new configuration.

SATURDAY AFTERNOON

Brain storm to accomodate the sets to run the cable in the most efficient way. The new configuration for the PV system is:

Array A: 5 sets of 4 panels each

Array B: 5 sets of 4 panels each

SATURDAY AFTERNOON

Alexandra and Federico are drawing the schematic for the new connections.

SATURDAY AFTERNOON

The solution to run the cables for the new configuration. is being drawn.

SATURDAY AFTERNOON
